We would love you to join us in this grass root movement. When contacting us please include the following information:

1. Your name and phone number.
2. Your availability (dates and hours) to gather signatures.
3. The name of the city you are located in. 
4. List any organizations or churches you are a member of.
5. How you think you can fit in.
