Leah Wilson and the State Bar have failed Californians for years. Their own employees expose them on Indeed. She has protected these lawyers and she must go. Thankfully she just agreed to step down but not for the right reasons.

These lawyers have lied for YEARS, interfered with third party discovery, ignored court directives, hid behind BS privilege logs, hid ALL discovery, interfered with a tenant's habitability and harassed and threatened self represented litigants. They have watched each other get away with perjury and failed to report the other to the bar. They are a danger and must be stopped. Imagine agreeing to pay a settlement with the understanding that the tenant does not have to vacate per judge number one [19STCV40526], and then lying under oath to judge number two [23VECV01030] so that you can get the order and force a pro per out of her home in 3 weeks. Ashan Peiris will be stopped. This is not going to end well for the court or LaSalle Property Fund Reit, Inc., one of the most corrupt landlords out there.

These lawyers need to be stopped and we can't wait for a judge to do it.

Please send any information you have on any of them. We will be monitoring all their cases. Ashan Peiris does not seem to have many as he appears brain dead and likely the reason he did not make partner. He is "of counsel" but needs other lawyers to approve his motions.

Justin A. Bubion, SBN 240312

Employed at Quintairros. Made up teen errors harming his clients right and left. Demanded a 24 hour deposition out of spite, couldn't come up with any relevant questions supporting that he didn't need the 24 hours. His insults and lies to the new judge led to deposition ending at 5 hours. Never sent discovery to his clients then lost a protective order and instead of getting responses from his clients lied that Judge Stern said he "didn't have to give further responses." Stay tuned...
