Violating Canon 3D

Every day we are contacted by litigants with stories of corrupt and bias judges who twist the law, ignore precedent and Rules of Court to suit the outcome they desire - regardless of the facts before them. Even claim that res judicata do not apply to them if a case "is not related" and that specific performance claims brought to life after being found moot...does not apply to that judge.  The same a-hole defendants [Jonathan Kyle Dupree, LaSalle Investment] can seek specific performance again. Even ordering a pro per to leave her home despite an order from a prior judge stating she did not have to. 

       The below listed names have helped through silence [Canon 3D] and or assisted Judge Shirley Watkins in ignoring the law and ceasing the home of a pro per despite a prior court order. 

1.)  Judge Virgina Keeny [Recused herself in 2021 only to rule on the case in 2025.  As retribution for a CJP report she is working with Watkins to ignore res judicata and alter a settlement agreement.]

3.)  Assistant Presiding Judge, Ricardo Ocampo

4.)  Judge Samantha Jessner [under review for appellate position]

5.)  Judge Firdaus Dordi
